Launchpad for life

We’re not a crisis or emergency accommodation provider, and we don’t have a housing waitlist. What we are is one better – a support crew that offers homelessness help that sets you up for a life of independence.

Every story matters

Homelessness happens for different reasons. Some of us run into money problems and struggle to keep up with rental payments. Some of us have a poor rental history, or unresolved domestic violence tendencies that make it hard to sign a lease. For others, it’s an ongoing battle with mental health challenges, or a dependency on alcohol and other drugs that ultimately leads to eviction.

We believe housing is a fundamental need for individuals and families to fully experience being part of the community. Our mission is to empower you to find the inner strength and self-determination you need to identify barriers that impact your ability to hold down a tenancy, and support you to set achievable goals to overcome homelessness on your terms. Your story, your way.

Navigate the unknown

It can be easy to put all those intimidating process in the too hard basket – and your homelessness journey towards safe and secure housing ends before it starts. Our passion and skill is supporting you to navigate the forms and systems that lay before you.

Act on your behalf

We reach out to homelessness service providers to find the right fit. Once you’re linked, we walk alongside you during the process to boost your confidence, like joining you on a visit to submit forms, or attending a joint meeting with a child protection agency.
