Family counselling for happy homes
Create healthy relationships through family therapy.
Person-centred therapy for partners, parents and families
FaRS is not for crisis situations or overcoming mental health issues – it’s family counselling for anyone ready to commit to improving their relationships long term. Every story matters, whether you’re a single parent, a couple with or without children, or an entire family unit. Our team walks the journey with you to get where you want to go.
In an ideal world, you, your partner or family will stay together. Yet even if you separate, the skills you learn will serve you well as you navigate the responsibilities of co-parenting and family life from afar, like talking to each other with kindness and respect, or staying calm when stressed. As you better understand how to communicate and diffuse situations, life becomes easier and happier together.
