Maintenance Priority & Timing

Accordwest will respond to maintenance requests as soon as possible. Priority is given to maintenance that (if left waiting) is a health or safety risk to tenants or will damage the property.

The following provides a guide for response times:

Urgent/Essential Services: 24 Hours

Urgent/Other: 48 Hours

Normal: 20 Working Days

Repairs that are of no immediate threat to the health, safety or security of tenants.

Help us help you! Make sure we are able to action your request as soon as possible by:

Telling us if you know what happened. (e.g. normal wear and tear, accident, deliberate vandalism etc.)
Advising us of anything that may be a danger to contractors
Providing us with any special directions for access
Keeping access clear by removing any obstacles around the area where the maintenance will be performed. (e.g. furniture, cars in driveways etc.)
Providing us with a Police Report Number (PRN) if the damage has been caused by you or another party and reported to the police.
